Description: 220 affordable and market rate apartments, 100 affordable senior units and 13 single-family homes on 27 acres.

Outdoor amenities include a community garden, a tot lot, a volley ball court and two gazebos with barbecue grills.

Key Features: Design of a centrally located four-acre park, which included an event lawn and temporary stage, a shaded promenade, a small plaza with a world map mural surrounded by game tables and an interactive splash pad.

Sustainability: LEED ND (first in Georgia)
